_JUST SOME DIARIES
This Thursday, Rainy, some of our friends and I went to Alishan together to see the sunrise. Actually, this was the first time I went to Alishan, so I felt very excited but a little bit anxious because this is a long journey on a scooter to the mountaintop, and I worried that there might be some accidents along the way. We started our trip at 3 a.m., and the first stop was definitely to eat something. We found a stand in Chiayi city, and ordered bowls of braised pork rice and soup. Then, we finally began our trip to Alishan.
I have to say Alishan was the coldest place I’ve ever been to. Although I have worn 4 shirts and 2 pairs of pants, the cold wind still pierced through the shoes, making my entire legs nearly freeze. However, all the difficulties of getting up at 3 a.m. and the hardship of sitting on the scooter turned into happiness when we eventually saw the sunrise.
It has been a long time since I met my best friend in senior high school last year, so I went to Yunlin last Wednesday, and we watched a talk show together. Before the show, we still had some time, so she took me to her studio and took a break. (Because she majors in architecture department, and they have a shared studio.) While walking around their campus, I couldn’t help but amazed at how their school is expansive just like a large 3D architectural model. And the show was really interesting, the speakers would go down the stage and interact with the audience. But I was a little bit afraid that if the speakers wanted to ask my major how I should answer because I came from another school. Fortunately, they stopped at the person sitting next to me. After eating the dinner was time to go back, and I believed I would be there soon!!!
This year, I became the captain of the volleyball team. Initially, I thought with others’ help, this semester would go smoothly, however; being a captain, I think I bear the responsibility to worry about more things than I used to expect. And things never follow the way I want, thus sometimes I feel anxious and worried about the future of the volleyball team. I don’t know whether we can have a good grade without the senior’s help, but on the other hand, maybe that’s a good chance to train us on both skills and mind. We can have more experience and won’t be affected easily. Since winter vacation is around the corner, I want to improve myself during this break and try not to think too much. As a volleyball lover, I really enjoy the time playing and practicing with the team members and others, and it is also necessary for me to thank everyone who wants to play volleyball with me and who gives me advice. This semester may be a chaos without their help, and I really appreciate at the helping from our team members and 竣中 楊.
