some interesting moments
It has been many weeks since last journal, there were so many things happened during this period. And I want to share some interesting and cute moments during these weeks. Let’s get started!!
I would say the biggest thing of CCU in October is the sports day. There is a unique tradition of CCU is there would be a significant firework show at the end of sports day. Every year, the activity that everyone looked forward to the most would definitely be the firework show. And as time got closer to the beginning of the show, there would be more and more audiences gathering to the field. Although it had been the second time I watched the show, I was still shocked by both the fireworks and the quantity of audiences. When our president asked us to turn on flashlight, the grandstand area immediately became a large fluorescent light.
Yesterday, Miracle (my friend) and I went to be volleyball referees together. The original plan was that I would be the main referee and she would be the assistant referee, but when the competition was about to start, one of our junior members said she could be the main referee, and I immediately felt a sense of relief. After that, I found that I wasn’t afraid of being the main referee, but I did feel very nervous when the two teams had arguments.
And I also realized that I still had a lot to improve in volleyball. Since I am a sophomore now, which means that in the near future, we may become the key players on our team. So, we must practice more to ensure we have a certain level of skill to compete with other teams.
Recently, when I went back to my grandma’s house, I could always see a little cat staying in the garage. And my aunt told me that this little cat was a new member of our family. I would say her coming was a stimulant for my aunt, because one of her most beloved cat just passed away in March. Although she seldom showed her sadness, I could observe that she was down during that period.
And for me, I thought this was a new experience, because I have never had a pet. Seeing this little cat growing day by day makes me feel satisfied.

In the end of today’s journal, I just want to thank the invention of camera, because it helps us recording our lives. When we grow up, we can recollect these moments by the videos and pictures whether they are happy or sad, they are all precious memory.
